Platform elevatrice:
The machine is built with a loading plan that moves along two guides (T 70 channel; nylon sliding guides) mounted on one of the space's sides in laboratory. The user accesses the floors using doors. Lifting is achieved by an hydraulic cylinder.

Speed:
0.15 m/s (a speed of 0.10 m/s is available only for 9m strokes).

On-board controls:
protected from accidental usage, "human presence" type (they work only if the user keeps them pressed in). Braille and audible controls let the user to choose the floor; emergency stop button

Controls on the floors:
Protected from accidental usage, "human presence" type (they work only if the user keeps them pressed in). Call button with a light that warns if the elevator is either present or busy, mounted either on the doors' upright or on the call box on the wall

Electrical power supply:
Monophase 230+/- 10% Volt 50 Hz, with wire ground; maximum power absorption 12 A - 8 A depending on the speed

Power supply:
Auxiliary circuit power supply for the on-board controls via flexible multiconductor flat cable

Switch-board:
Plated (IP 55 protection gradient) with an integrated uninterruptible power supply and a dc adapter; (plastic case for the switch board and an oleo dynamic centraline, size 1000x1000x420mm - only upon request)

Stroke:
Up to 15,1 m (the stroke must be measured from the floor's lower level to the floor's upper level which is being served).

Minimum width for the guide's wall:

Levelling to the floor when the door is either open/close:
The levelling to the floor is automatically activated with every small movement, so that the Platform will always stay aligned with the landing floor; when the doors are closed the levelling happens more rarely in order to minimize the pump's and the power's usage.

Electrical safety devices:

• On board emergency stop button;
• an uninterruptible power supply powers the device for coming down to the bottom level and for unlocking the door's lock in the unlikely event that the power fails;
• electro mechanic blocking system that is activated even if only one chain is loosened;
• lock with security switches for controlling that the doors are closing and approaching correctly;
• electro mechanical dead point devices with an auto levelling system on the floor;
• the entire metallic structure can be connected to the ground;
• 24 Vac auxiliary power system

Mechanical safety devices:

• Instant hold parachute;
• parallel lifting chains;
